The space The fully and finely renovated apartment, located in the heart of the historic center, a stone's throw from important Cultural and Landscape sites (Giardini della Minerva 70m, Conservatory 100m, Historical Archive 50m, Principe Trail 300m, Artist Lights 0km, Cathedral of Salerno 400m, Medieval Aqueduct 850m, Castle of Arechi 2km, etc. ), offers an independent entrance with a small space in front of the door, provided by a wall table, where you can drink a coffee, a beer and enjoy the beauty of the San Lorenzo Ramps. Through the electronic armored door, you access the ground floor consisting of a spacious living room with sofa bed (140x200)cm and 55"4K Smart TV ( Netflix); a kitchen widely equipped with dishes, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle and espresso machine. A bathroom with majolica shower and thermo-array to be able to heat your towels, and finally a laundry space with washing machine and iron and ironing board. The upper floor, on the other hand, refers to the Vietri tradition, widely visible in the decorations of the flooring and furnishings but also by the color used in the ramp of the stairs that refers to our blue and clear seas.
