The space Your group will have exclusive access to our entire 12-acre sanctuary, featuring incredible views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and rolling pastures. The entire venue is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and is climate-controlled. Our accommodations are spread across three distinct rental units: 1. The Historic Manor House (sleeps 10) - The heart of the property, this restored farmhouse features a covered front porch with a propane fire pit and multiple patios. - Living Spaces: Cozy living room, a gorgeous solarium for gatherings, and a Harvest Dining Room with seating for 12. - Kitchen: Commercial-grade kitchen with ample refrigerator/freezer space, dishwasher, countertop burner, and toaster oven plus plenty of dishware, cookware, flatware and glassware. - Bedrooms (3 Ensuite): All on the second floor with cloud-like memory foam mattresses. - Bedroom 1: King bed, private bathroom (tub/shower), in-room fireplace. - Bedroom 2: King bed, queen pullout sofa, private bathroom (glass shower), private outdoor rooftop terrace. - Bedroom 3: Four twin beds (2 bunk beds), private bathroom (tub/shower), Pack n' Play (bring own sheets). - Amenities: Complimentary coffee station, washer/dryer, iron, high-end toiletries, hair dryers, Smart TV's with YouTubeTV. - Dog-friendly, 2 dogs max. 2. The Cottage at Batten Green (sleeps 2-4) - A charming and private one-bedroom cottage with its own parking. - Living Space: King bed with memory foam mattress, separate living area with a queen pullout sofa and large-screen TV with YouTubeTV. - Kitchen: Full kitchen stocked with cookware and a large eat-in island. - Amenities: Complimentary coffee station, washer/dryer, private bathroom (shower/tub), ample closet space, Pack N' Play (bring own sheets). - Dog-Friendly: Features a 200 sq. ft. fenced-in yard with a doggie door and convenient dog waste station. 2 dogs max. 3. The Suites at Batten Green (8 Suites, sleeps 20) - A restored barn with a common lounge featuring a coffee bar, filtered water, ice dispenser, and microwave. - All Suites Feature: King-sized memory foam beds, Smart TVs with YouTubeTV, a dedicated workspace, mini-fridge, wine glasses, high-end toiletries and hair dryers, high-speed internet, and private patios or balconies. - Deluxe Guest Suites also include: A sitting area with an LED electric fireplace, a wet bar kitchenette, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with both a shower and a freestanding soaking tub. Our 12-acre grounds offer incredible views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and rolling pastures and feature our Great Lawn with mature trees, perfect for yard games and picnics, gazebo, rocking swing and fire pit. We are perfectly located just 5 minutes north of downtown Staunton and 1 mile off I-81. Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 12-acre venue during their stay. This includes all three accommodation buildings, the Great Lawn, the gazebo, and all outdoor patios and seating areas. We offer convenient, contact-free self-check-in. You will receive your detailed instructions and unique key codes two days prior to your arrival. Ample free parking is available on the property for your entire group. Other things to note Please Note: This listing for the ENTIRE VENUE is for overnight accommodations only and does not allow for additional unregistered guests or events. The Fireplaces: - The fireplaces in the Manor House living room, the Cottage living room and the Suites at Batten Green Common Room are for decorative purposes only. The Manor House: - The Manor House is used primarily as a wedding & events venue. There is a bridal suite and large solarium which you can feel free to enjoy! - Please inquire regarding access to the commercial gas stove/oven/griddle. There is plenty of refrigerator and freezer space as well as a countertop burner and toaster oven. There is also a large propane grill on the patio for guest use. - All bedrooms are located on the second floor of the house and are accessible only by stairs. The Suites at Batten Green: - Suites 1 & 2 are located on the second floor, accessed by stairs - Suites 3-6 are located on the ground level. - Suite 5 is an ADA accessible room. - Suites 7 & 8 are located on the bottom level, accessed by stairs. These two suites are dog-friendly with walkout patios and family-friendly with queen pullout sofa sleepers and travel cribs. Pet Friendly: Our property is pet-friendly! Pups are welcome in the following areas: The Manor House, The Cottage and Suites #7 and #8 in The Suites at Batten Green. Pet fees apply. Dogs only. 2 dogs max per space. For your convenience, 2 dog waste stations can be found on the grounds.
