Other things to note To ensure the Cottage is the right fit for your needs, please review these important details: - The fireplace in the living room is for decorative purposes only and is not operational. - The kitchen is well-equipped with a stovetop, but please be aware that there is no oven. - The beautiful grounds of Batten Green (including the lawn, gazebo, and fire pit) are a shared space with guests of The Manor House and The Suites but with 12 acres, there is room for all! - You will have exclusive use of your own parking space and private, fenced-in yard. - The cottage is dog-friendly with an additional $75 fee/stay. 2 dogs max, please!
