LIVING & KITCHEN - Separate living space with a comfortable queen pullout sofa bed, linens provided. - Large screen Roku TV with YouTubeTV for your entertainment. - Full kitchen featuring a large island with an eat-in bar. - Appliances include a full-size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and stovetop (please note: there is no oven). - Complimentary coffee station, plus all necessary dinnerware, glassware, and cookware. BED & BATH - Ultra-comfy King bed with a cloud-like memory foam mattress. - Private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. - High-end toiletries and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience. OUTDOOR SPACE & GROUNDS - Enjoy your own private, 200 sq ft fenced-in yard, complete with a doggie door. - Dedicated parking spot near cottage entrance. - Access to the shared 12-acre grounds of the Batten Green estate. - Shared amenities include the great lawn, a gazebo, a fire pit, and a rocking swing. - Breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Shenandoah Hills. Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire cottage. Your private space includes: - A dedicated parking space right by the cottage. - A private exterior entrance with seamless self check-in via a key code. - A private, fully fenced-in yard with dog waste station included for your convenience. In addition to your private accommodations, you are welcome to explore and enjoy the shared 12-acre grounds of the Batten Green estate, which includes the great lawn, gazebo, and fire pit. There is also a Level 2 EV Charger on property, a shared guest amenity, that you may enjoy. Other things to note To ensure the Cottage is the right fit for your needs, please review these important details: - The fireplace in the living room is for decorative purposes only and is not operational. - The kitchen is well-equipped with a stovetop, but please be aware that there is no oven. - The beautiful grounds of Batten Green (including the lawn, gazebo, and fire pit) are a shared space with guests of The Manor House and The Suites but with 12 acres, there is room for all! - You will have exclusive use of your own parking space and private, fenced-in yard. - The cottage is dog-friendly with an additional $75 fee/stay. 2 dogs max, please!
