Spectacular vila X w heated pool

Welcome to our brand new villa X, which is located on a top of quiet hill that is overlooking nearby town of Split, sea and islands. Villa consist of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds, 4 bathrooms and amazingly big kitchen where you can prepare any meal of your dreams :) We our mostly proud on our terrace with heated pool that is overlooking sea, islands, nearby towns and villages and biggest town in Dalmatia - Split. We are looking forward to be your hosts :) The space Welcome to our brand new villa X, which is located on a top of quiet hill that is overlooking nearby town of Split, sea and islands. Villa is located on a top of hill, surrounded by pine forest and overlooking the most beautiful part of whole middle Dalmatia. Villa has a large heated pool & which is surrounded with ceramic paved yard on which there is a BBQ, table with chairs under big parasol, an outdoor shower, lounge area and sunbeds. From patio you enter first floor which consists of amazing kitchen that has everything you need, siting area. There is big dinning table for 6 people where you can seat, eat and enjoy, next to it there is big sofa overlooking smart TV with sound surrounding system where you can enjoy movies and series of your choice. On second floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with large double beds and 1 with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathrooms with floor heating and own water heating system. From master bedroom you can exit to big terrace of some 20^m on which you can relax in total privacy from rest of the friends in house :) On the ground floor there is gym and playground with private bathroom, plus there is PS5 and TV where kids and adults can play games that we offer or they can bring their own :) There is free private parking for 2 cars in front of the villa and more free parking space on public free parking opposite from villa entrance. First beach is 7 minutes away by car and center of Strožanac with café bars, restaurants and shop is 5 minutes away. Town center of Split is 20 minutes away by car :) Guest access You can access everything you see on photos :)
