You will enjoy a neatly appointed living room with a sliding glass door overlooking a wide, deep-water canal. Large-screen Smart TVs are located in the family room and the Master bedroom. Just bring your toothbrush as this home is fully stocked with amenities! Love to cook? The kitchen includes everything you need to prepare and enjoy your fresh catch. For those wanting to fish or boat you have 37 feet total of deep water dockage. Bring your boat or rent one locally and dock at the house. For those wanting a well-rounded beach experience, take a trip to the CABANA CLUB where you'll have access to an Olympic-size pool, full bar & restaurant as well as a beach. Your rental comes with free passes to the CABANA CLUB for the length of your stay and it's located just a about 7 1/2 blocks from the house! Other things to note No Pets are allowed here. 1 trailer is allowed on this property(town regulation) and has to be set back off the street at least 8 feet. Cabana Club pool club is located at 425 East Ocean driver in Key Colony Beach, about 8 blocks from the house. They have parking. Give your last name at the front desk and sign in. The club limits entry to the number of people staying overnight in the house. Trash pickup is early morning Tuesday and Saturday and can go to the street the day before but NOT before 12noon. Bins should be brought back to the house the same day as pickup. Recycle(blue bin) pickup is early Tuesday morning NO plastic bags or packaging allowed in recycle! NO chum boxes or styro foam allowed in recycle
