The View is on the second floor of a villa surrounded by the greenery of a centuries-old pine forest, a few minutes' walk from the town. The sea can be reached in three minutes by car. It is located in a central area of Salento from which you can easily reach Le Maldive del Salento, Otranto, Castro, Gallipoli and Lecce, rocky coasts or very long beaches. Suitable for couples, solo adventurers, families with children, and groups of friends. You will be captivated by the view, the large umbrella, the patio, the olive trees, and the colorful flowers. Pets are welcome. We ask you not to leave them locked in the house all day and, if they are large, to let us know before booking. At your request, our Salento Chef can cook typical local dishes for you and organize tastings directly in the Villa, without you having to move; everything will be organized to let you taste the unique flavors of our land with the utmost comfort! Following the COVID 19 health emergency, we have decided to ensure thorough sanitization before each check-in. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Other things to note: We highly recommend that you have a car, we can help you rent one. Following the booking, we will ask you for the identity documents that must be provided to have access to the Villa. Following the reservation, you will be sent a short rental agreement that you will be required to sign at your check-in. For privacy reasons, we will provide the exact address of the villa via GPS location (via WA) only 2 hours before your agreed arrival. If at the end of the stay the garbage has not been disposed of, you will be charged €50.00 for cleaning and disposal. Check-in and check-out will be carried out by one of our staff who will welcome you and greet you. We ask you to provide us with the exact time of your arrival to better organize your Welcome.
