You will love it, because it is very large and spacious, and even more beautiful than what is shown in the photographs, with all its practically new equipment. GYM: FREE one day of gym for every two nights of accommodation for only one of the guests. For stays of four nights or more: a FREE full week of gym for one of the guests (consult for other stays and/or guests). This is a public gym located 100 meters from the apartment. To receive the free voucher, it is essential to notify the host at least three days before the arrival date. Consult conditions and price for other guests or in case of reservations shorter than 2 nights or longer than a week. The gym is open every day except Sunday afternoons and holidays - hours may change). IMPECCABLE CLEANLINESS: Delivered completely clean, (GUARANTEED). I personally take care of the cleaning and disinfection and make sure everything is spotless. The apartment is very spacious, completely SOUNDPROOFED, with free WIFI, central heating, as well as air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms. It has a 25 square meter living room with new furniture and a 46" television. The main bedroom is 27 meters and the bed is 150 cm and the two beds in the secondary bedroom are each 105 cm, with new visco mattresses, and of course with quality white bedding included. Quality towels are also provided (three towels per person, and even more towels if the stay is long). All household items, sheets and towels, are white. The apartment is located on a quiet pedestrian street, but special anti-noise glass has been installed recently (June 2019) and all windows also have completely opaque blinds, so that your rest is perfect. It has two bathrooms, a large one inserted in the master bedroom, with a very large shower (spectacular), and another smaller one but also with a shower, located in the hallway next to the small bedroom. The hot water is powered by natural gas, so it never runs out, you can take a great shower for as long as you want. The kitchen has all the necessary kitchen utensils, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, iron, hair dryer, toaster, blender, and two coffee makers, one drip and one capsule. The apartment is located on the third floor with an elevator (although there are five steps on the landing to access it), and is very sunny and quiet. It has FREE private parking in a community garage, located on the ground floor next to the apartment (5 meters away), with easy access. THERE ARE NO TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS TO GET TO THE PARKING. Heating is communal, and works in the afternoon in winter IN THE ENTIRE HOUSE (normally from November to March). The rest of the hours you can use the heat pumps in the living room and both bedrooms if you need it. In addition, the accommodation is registered in the Andalusian Tourism Registry. It is a legal accommodation that generates taxes and income for the Administration. Guest access The apartment is not shared. You have all the space for yourself. It is spacious, sunny and tastefully decorated. You will feel at home. Other things to note It is very easy to get to my apartment. I will give you precise instructions when your date approaches so that you arrive without any problem. Regarding arrival time it is totally flexible. You can park in my parking lot and check in from the same departure time as previous guests. If there has been enough time for me to clean and prepare the apartment (I need about 2.5 to 3 hours at least), after parking and leaving your luggage at the apartment, you can go to visit Granada or have a drink and I will stay finishing preparing it for you.
