It has panoramic views (360º) from all its rooms that allow you to see from Santa Clara del Mar to the Lighthouse, enjoying the charm of the classic Mar del Plata chalets in the Los Troncos neighborhood and its surroundings. It has a spectacular terrace to enjoy the sunrise in a unique way and share breakfasts, lunches and dinners outdoors. The space The modern design apartment offers a living-dining room and kitchen integrated through a breakfast bar to share every moment of your stay. The rooms are very bright and comfortable. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed), two bathrooms with a shower and hairdryer, a fully-equipped kitchen with an electric kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, microwave, sandwich maker, refrigerator with freezer, complete tableware for 6 people, and all kinds of pots, dishes and items necessary for regular and daily use. We want you to feel right at home. We include linens (towels and sheets) and an exclusive set for the beach (umbrella, towels, cooler, glasses, and plates). The apartment has high-speed WiFi connectivity and two 43” 4k Full HD Smart TVs in the living room and 32” in the bedroom, with cable TV (Flow) with more than 200 channels available. The space is fully decorated and set by the artist Claudia Aira and has original artwork and themed books that are available to enjoy with the care and respect they deserve. The building has direct communication by switch to the unit from the 24-hour concierge, security cameras, universal accessibility, a dock for passengers to get on and off, and a cart available to move luggage.
