As any home you may find spider webs, ants, occasional bug, squirrel sometimes in the tree and other local fauna. Nothing major, nothing intrusive and managed. Off summer two night minimums except holidays. No Saturday or Christmas/New Years/Thanksgiviing Day checkin/out. Summer generally has 7 night minimums. Holidays have minimum night stays.
