It features river views, newly updated kitchen and bathrooms, a spacious living room, a Florida room, and a large patio for outdoor lounging and dining. It also has a hot tub! Come relax at our riverside oasis! The space 5 MINUTES FROM THE BEACH! BEACH GEAR INCLUDED! (Towels, umbrella, boogie board, chairs) Perfect for a family vacation! Close to the beach and restaurants, and just an hour from Orlando’s theme parks. It is a bright and airy open concept home that features: - Coffee bar - Patio w/ grill and hot tub - Smart TV - Beach gear - Linens/towels - Parking for 4 cars Snowbirds/midterm/long term renters welcome for a discounted rate!! Enjoy the breeze off the river while soaking in the hot tub then head inside to the AC for a movie and a good nights sleep. Take a morning walk along the river and maybe catch glimpses of dolphins! - Quick walk to river access and a cute playground for kids - 5 minutes to the beach, restaurants, Pictona, and Ocean Center - 15 minutes to the Daytona airport and the International Speedway - 1 hour to DisneyWorld, Universal Studios, and Blue Springs State Park We provide beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a couple boogie boards. Other info: - This is a quiet street, so if you’re looking for a place to party loud all night then it’s not the place for you😊 - Children are welcome, but please let me know if you are bringing very young children so I can “child-proof” the house. - “Quiet hours” are 11pm to 7am, but if you’re in the hot tub late at night please be mindful of the neighbors and keep voices down starting at 9pm. - We offer a reduced cleaning fee for smaller parties who don’t use every room/bed! Please note, this is an older home and is located in tropical Florida. While it has been mostly updated, there are a few quirks/flaws around the house to be aware of: - Washer/Dryer unit in the garage: it’s Florida so it’s humid! There are some rust spots on the outside of the machines, but it doesn’t impact the effectiveness of them at all. They work great, despite the exterior flaws. - Occasionally, a gecko or lizard finds its way into the sunroom. They are harmless! We have tried finding how they get in, but to no avail. It’s best to leave them be, or, if you think they’re cute, catch and release back outside! Guest access You will have access to the garage because that is where the laundry machines and beach gear are located. We ask that you leave the garage door closed. Other things to note Please note this is a non-smoking property. If you smoke, we will ask you leave and pay for extra cleaning costs that smoking incurs.
