Owner-occupied home: host and adult son live on-site. The space The pool is warmed all day long by direct sun so it’s ideal even in the evenings. Through the back gate is Oak Creek Park basketball, vida course, field and track. Guest access Sparkling Pool till 10:00 pm. Laundry facility is not included and if unauthorized use a flat fee of $50.00 will be charged. During your stay I or my son Kevin are on property at all times unless otherwise noted. Other things to note We are a quiet retreat far from the city lights and hustle and bustle. 45 mins south west which is why we are such a great value. Please note a mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave are provided in the guest room for each guests use. No other amenities besides the pool and outdoors are included.
