The space The villa welcomes you to an open concept layout that connects the living room to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Set on a second floor of the condo where you can enjoy a private balcony with pool & playground views. The family room features a Smart TV, ceiling fan and comfortable sitting furniture for movie nights. There is also seating on the lovely balcony. Mar-A-Villa has 3 bedrooms, each with AC and closet space. The master bedroom sleeps 2 guests on a comfortable queen-size bed and features an attached full bathroom. The second bedroom also sleeps 2 guests on a queen-size bed. The third bedroom features a full size bed to also accommodate 2 guests comfortably. Both bathrooms include complimentary amenities and resort-style towels. Guest access Guests will have unrestricted access to all areas inside the apartment, the community pool, basketball court and children's playground. Guests also have access to a variety of public beaches just a short drive away from the condo. There are beautiful and fun beaches for the entire family. Some beaches are kid friendly, some are perfect for body boarding and some are perfect for amazing adventures. The property has fast Wi-Fi. Perfect for work travelers and movie nights. There are housekeeping storages in the kitchen that are locked and are exclusively for the use of authorized staff members. This is where we keep our housekeeping materials. Please, make sure to keep these drawers locked. Other things to note MUST CLIMB STAIRS Mar-A-Villa is located on a second floor. The condo does not have elevator. Must climb a set of stairs that has approximately 6 steps. There are no stairs inside the property. LIST OF ESSENTIALS PROVIDED We provide enough toiletries and kitchen amenities to kick off your stay. From shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, hand soap, dish sponge, dish soap, paper towel, coffee, sugar, bath towels, hand towels, pool towels & kitchen towel. We do NOT provide wash cloths due to hygiene purposes. If you use wash cloths, make sure to bring your own with you. NO PASSPORT REQUIRED FOR AMERICAN CITIZENS Since Puerto Rico is a territory of the United States, American citizens and permanent residents don't need a passport to travel to the Island. However, they must always travel with a valid ID, such as a driver's license or a state ID card.
