We invite you to a beautiful apartment in the center, which is fully equipped, with air conditioning, a living room with a kitchen and three bedrooms. Sights such as the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum can be reached on foot. There are paid parking spaces on the street under the entrance. There are many cafes and restaurants around us. For up to 13 people, you will find everything you need for a unique stay in Rome! The space Our apartment consists of 3 separate bedrooms, each with its own lockable door. Additionally, we offer 2 bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. The living room is with the kitchen and features a dining table with chairs, a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. Other things to note The apartment will be ready by 4:00 PM at the latest. If you arrive in Rome much earlier, you can leave your luggage in the apartment, but not before 11:30 AM, as the previous guests will still be checking out. Alternatively, you can use one of the luggage storage facilities located 200-500 meters from the apartment. An additional fee of EUR 25, payable in cash, will be charged for check-in after 21:00. If you are traveling with your pet, no problem, an additional fee of EUR 50 per stay, payable in cash, will be charged for your pet. Please remember that smoking is strictly prohibited in all our apartments. If smoke activates the smoke detector or our staff detects the smell of cigarettes after your stay, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of ozone treatment or additional cleaning of upholstered furniture.
