Sunset Guesthouse/Room/private external bath & A/C

We have one of the best houses with a terrace and lake view, the house is located on the Island of Flores, it is central and quiet, a few meters from the boats, and the docks for swimming. We do not offer luxuries but what is necessary for the stay to be clean, fresh and comfortable. We like to economize on the aspects that we can do, so we would like to follow our recommendations. The space This room is located on the second level and includes: * Double bed for two people. * Air conditioning, we recommend only using it when you are in the room at 22 and 24 degrees, when you are outside please turn it off. * Shower and bathroom outside the room, on the terrace of the house; the shower has hot water but it is electric so it can fail, when it fails please inform us so we can fix it again. Guest access All guests have access to: Kitchen: It is located on the terrace with everything you need to prepare basic food. The stove with oven works with gas. Everything in the kitchen is for guest use. We recommend that you take care of cleaning it and the utensils after use. You can use the refrigerator in the kitchen to store your things but please everything inside has an owner so take only what belongs to you. During your stay I am available to answer any questions about: * The property * Tourist attractions * Travel agencies, prices and schedules * Local places to explore. Other things to note Unfortunately, in Peten we have poor public and private services, so the Internet can fail (it does not happen often), the electricity is unstable, sometimes they usually suspend the service for hours and when the electrical system fails, the drinking water service also usually fails. These are very sporadic events, but we mention them so that you can take them into account and know that this is out of our hands.
