Room with private external bathroom and a/c

We have one of the best houses with a terrace and lake view, the house is located on the Island of Flores, it is central and quiet, a few meters from the boats, and the docks for swimming. We keep comfortable prices to help travelers, so we don't offer luxuries but what's needed to make the stay clean, fresh, and comfortable. We like to economize on the aspects that we can do, so we would like to follow our recommendations. The space This room is located on the second level includes: * Double bed for two people. * A/C, we recommend it is only used when they are in the room in 22 and 24 degrees, when they are out please turn it off. * Shower and bathroom outside the room, on the terrace of the house; the shower has hot water but it is electric so it can fail, when please let us know so we can fix it again. Guest access All guests have access to: Kitchen: it is located on the terrace with everything you need to prepare basic foods. The stove with oven works with gas. Everything that is in the kitchen is for guest use, we recommend that they take care of the cleaning of the same and the utensils after use. You can use the refrigerator that is in the kitchen to store your things but please everything that is inside has an owner so take only what belongs to them. During your stay I am available for any questions near: * The Property * Tourist Places * Travel agencies, prices and schedules * The local places to explore. Other things to note Unfortunately in Peten we have bad public and private services, so the Internet can fail ( not often) the electric power is unstable, sometimes they usually suspend the service for hours and when the electrical system fails also the drinking water service usually fails. They are very sporadic events but we comment on them to take this into account and find out that this is out of our hands.
