Francesca is a recently renovated apartment on the first floor adjacent to the other apartment.. The house consists of a living room-kitchen equipped with oven, microwave oven, hob with 4 gas burners, kettle and dishwasher, double sofa bed and a table with chairs.The living area gives access to a balcony overlooking the main street, to the toilet and to the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The apartment has a storage room with washing machine. Other things to note On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days. Check-in will be self; it is essential to carefully read the entry procedure and follow all instructions to gain access to the property. Once those procedures are done, you will send a video selfie confirming your presence at the property. Then we will provide the code to access the property. If any steps are missing in the procedure an in-person check-in will be required with a penalty of €50 will be applied. Guests are required to comply with the local waste sorting schedule, which will be provided and explained after the arrival. Failure to follow the disposal rules will result in a €50 penalty.
