Please consider the length and purpose of your trip when planning your stay with us. Our essentials are provided to get your vacation started. ★ WHAT TO EXPECT: With us you’ll find unique vacation rental properties that provide a consistent, upscale "home away from home" experience. These properties are individually and privately owned. We are available to assist you during your stay for issues and emergencies. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. If you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! ★ ID VERIFICATION AND DAMAGE WAIVER/DEPOSIT REQUIRED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone or on a PC! Rather not provide a deposit? No problem! Purchase Damage Waiver protection instead. You get to choose which option you are more comfortable with. Either one is required when completing the check-in process. Please message us with any questions. ★ EXTENDED STAYS: For stays longer than 10 nights, full housekeeping service is required once per week. Guests may choose to perform this cleaning themselves, ensuring all areas of the property are properly maintained, or they may hire the host’s professional cleaning team for an additional fee. Failure to comply with the weekly housekeeping requirement may result in additional cleaning charges or penalties. Other things to note ★ TRASH SERVICE: Pick up is on Thursdays. ★ HOT TUB SERVICE: Hot Tub cleaning normally takes place on Tuesdays, weather dependent, between the hours of 7AM - 6PM. ★ LANDSCAPING: Service takes place on Thursdays or Fridays, weather and schedule dependent, between the hours of 9AM - 6PM.
