The roads leading to the cabin are fully paved. ✹ WORK FROM HOME: Free, high-speed wifi available throughout the home (typical speeds above 200 Mbps), and there is a designated workspace in the primary bedroom. ✹ COMMUNITY ACCESS: You will have complimentary access to all the community amenities including the large heated pool and kiddy pool (open in the spring, summer, and fall), tennis/pickleball/basketball courts, 4 catch and release fishing ponds, 2 children’s playgrounds, disc golf, mini golf, badminton, volleyball, a clubhouse, and a wedding chapel. Supplies for activities can be obtained from the resort office. Other things to note ✹ The office will supply rods and the tackle, all free of charge if you forget to bring yours. It is a private resort so no fishing license is required. ✹ The office also provides equipment for miniature golf, basketball, tennis and other activities on the resort. ✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a code will be sent to you before check-in. ✹ Directions, the door code, wifi info, and more will be sent to you via Airbnb Messenger before your stay begins. Please keep a lookout! ✹ Cable TV is not available at this property. Access to streaming is available, but you will need your own login ID. ✹ Basic items are provided for a hassle-free start to your stay; bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, dish detergent, paper towels + laundry pods. If snowstorms are anticipated, please be prepared with the necessary food and other supplies. ✹ Like most cabins in this area, this cabin utilizes mountain well water, which is treated and filtered by a professional water treatment company. However, there may be an odor, depending on rainfall, which is why we suggest bringing bottled water to drink. ✹ Strictly NO PARTIES – please note quiet hours operate from 10 PM until 8 AM. Fines due to noise complaints will be passed on to guests. ✹ NO SMOKING of any kind is permitted inside the cabin (including vape and e-cigarettes). Any extra cleaning fees resulting from smoking will be passed on to guests.
