All cameras are under surveillance between the hours of 12AM to 6AM. No camera surveillance is located inside the home. Guest access Palms Cottage is part of a larger property called Viking Hill. The property accommodates several cottages, as well as a hostel with two dorm rooms. All of the outdoor spaces including the garden and pool deck are shared between all of the cottages on the property. We kindly ask all guests to respect the privacy of those residing on the property. The laundry facilities are also shared between all units. Other things to note RENTAL AGREEMENT: The Rental Agreement applies to this listing and you may be asked to read and sign with the agreement. To abide by all legal requirements and security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass your info through our verification portal. We will also ask for a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in. Important note: All information is collected for screening and verification purposes only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. Payment: Chime, eCheck, Cash App, or any pre-paid debit cards are not accepted. Fees: a. Security Deposit: At the time of check-in we will charge your card with a refundable security deposit in the amount of $500 to cover any accidental damages b. Extra Guest Fee: The nightly rate includes up to 8 guests, each additional guest will be subject to an added nightly fee. This charge is reflected under service fees and is non-refundable. All guests arriving at the property must be listed in your original booking. If you wish to add any additional guests to your booking please contact us before your arrival. All unlisted guests that arrive at the property after booking who are not included in the original reservation will be subject to an additional $20 nightly fee per person.
