Tranquility Cove Estate is a wonderful cottage with plenty of space for leisure and relaxation. This luxury waterfront cottage is only 1.5-hour drive from the GTA. This cottage features 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, and a Muskoka room, making it the perfect getaway for families, couples, or groups. Going outside of this property is never a bore, with lots of activities to do, like kayaking and paddling in the lake. The space At Tranquility Cove Estate you will have access to every outdoor amenity you could ever imagine: private lake front, large dock and boat port, 1 3-seating canoe, 2 kayaks, 2 stand UP paddle boards, basket ball, trampoline, fire pit with chairs, upper deck with BBQ + outdoor dining furniture, etc.. When you enter Tranquility Cove Estate you will be welcomed into an open concept space that will likely be bathed in light if you're arriving on a sunny afternoon. The interior is a mix of modern and classic cottage style. There is full kitchen with everything you need for cooking and entertaining. It comes fully equipped with all the small & large appliances & utensils needed to create a delicious meal to share with family and friends. Spices, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, ketchup, tea, coffee, etc. are provided with compliments. The open concept living and dining space faces out to the lake for stunning views all day long. The large dining table is great for bringing everyone together at mealtime. You will also have access to a large screen 65” TV on the main floor. The primary bedroom is situated on the main floor and features a walkout to the Muskoka Room. Nothing will be more satisfying than stepping outside into the sun each morning with a hot cup of coffee in hand, and spectacular views of the lake. There are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs and 2 additional bedrooms in the basement. We provide clean bedding for each bedroom. For the common sleeping spaces, we will provide blankets and pillows. Towels will be provided. Tranquility Cove Estate isn't complete without a game area featuring a multi game table and some card games. You'll find these games in the fully finished basement with walk-out doors to the lake side of the cottage. Because we all need to connect with the outside world, even while in cottage, free WIFI internet is provided. For winter enthusiasts, Tranquility Cove Estate is ideally located near several popular ski resorts. Within a 45-minute drive, you can enjoy downhill skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing at family-friendly spots like Horseshoe Valley Resort (35-minute drive), Snow Valley Ski Resort (45-minute drive), and Mount St. Louis Moonstone (20-minute drive). Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced skier, there’s something for everyone. After a day on the slopes, come back and relax by the fire with lake views and all the cozy comforts of the cottage. It might be hard to leave Tranquility Cove Estate once you're there, but for those who love to explore, you will be happy to know that we are located close to lots of local activities in all seasons. Guest access - Lake access - Big spacious bedrooms - You can play table games, such as air hockey, pool table, ping-pong, foot-ball, bowling, etc. on a multi game table in the separate game area. - A bug-free outdoor experience in the Muskoka room - A seasonal trampoline you would be able to use - Kayaks and paddle boards are accessible to be used on the large dock and in boat port. And ideal location for reading, fishing, swimming, or afternoon naps. - Absolutely no smoking in the cottage, if you chose to smoke outside please ensure there are no butts on the ground. - There is an outside fire pit, firewood is not provided. Please ensure fire is put out at the end of each night. - If any of the outside furniture is moved during the day, please put it back by the end of the day so no furniture gets lost or washed by the water. - Make sure all kayaks and canoe are stored upside down to prevent rainwater from collecting inside. There are several things to do and places to go all year long at this magnificent cottage! The guest will have access to the entire property. Please make yourself at home.
