Pool + Lime Villa near Coral Beach in Grand Bahama

Relax in this this peaceful place 1/4 mile from Coral Beach, with a salt-water pool around the corner. THe Lime Villa has a full kitchen & full dining area. It is the only Seabreeze Villa with use of the screened courtyard and BBQ therein. Note that photos in the "Additional photos" area are for villas that are attached, but NOT part of Lime. These adjacent Villas may be rented simultaneously for large parties or those just wanting an extra Bath or a bedroom separate from the dining area. The space We are tranquil and moderately priced. The "Community Fee" is a deposit for excess air conditioner use. Our owners never use the AC. Ceiling fans here are effective for them and most guests. However, to cushion against high-use guest.... The $30 per night "community fee" is required up front. It is partly or FULLY refunded based on air conditioner use. If you are frugal and just run the ceiling fan, 100% of that is returned. A few days after departure, we assess the AC use. The guest is billed AT that approximated cost. NO more, no less. We will cover the cost for any night where the outside temp exceeds 27C at any point between 11:30p and 6:30am. That's on God/Nature, not the guests. All but the large ("Lime) room cool quickly, so simply using when needed and not beyond ensures a prompt refund. Guest access A keypad with a four-digit code allows access 24-7. During your stay A Caretaker is available day and night for requests.
