The space It is a large penthouse room with attached bathroom and an independent terrace dedicated to the guest. A portion of the terrace is covered by a shed and bamboo curtains and is accessible through the room. The bathroom contains a bathtub, a bidet and a wash basin. Another private terrace, facing the road, is also shared. There is a bar for pull ups on that terrace. Additional one guest can be accommodated at Rs 650 per night. We have a queen bed and extra mattress can be provided. You can get your clothes washed at nominal charge agreed mutually, depending upon the load. There is a string to dry the washed clothes. We also give access to our library/ reading space with balcony situated near our drawing room. There is a stationary bicycle for exercise also. Other things to note 1. Entry is through a spiral stair located in our drawing room where we live, near the entrance door. 2. No restriction of timings after you check in. We prefer you check in before 9 AM or after 3 PM on weekdays and check out before 1 PM. For holidays, check in may be flexible. However, please communicate before booking. 3. There will be no other guests upstairs, except you. 4. Sharing of the kitchen or food is not included in our services. There are many food outlets near our home. 5. No smoking. Only vegetarian food is expected in our home. 6. We offer discounts to students coming for education purpose or vegans for ethical purpose. Please inform us if you are. 7. You need to present Aadhar card soft copies of all the guests including you, before arrival. 8. We can't offer parking facility.
