Perfect Beach Place at the Heart of La Barra/Punta

Xmas, New Year's & Weeks on Jan/Feb: contact me to arrange pricing (app makes it difficult to set prices for stays longer than daily) The space Perfect beach place at the heart of La Barra, 100ft from the sand and 100ft to convenience stores, groceries, shops, pubs, restaurants, nightclubs and ... basically everything you need to have the perfect Punta del Este experience! This is MY apartment, I use it (in/out for most of the summer season) and lend it to friends and family all year round Hence I'm quite selective as to tenants and expect that they would treat it as "theirs" when using it (caring for it, as if it was their own) ;-) Other things to note Bed linen & towels available at a cost (not material; to account for laundry service etc.).
