Your reservation includes your choice of *ONE* of our hotel's sleeping rooms, either with one bed (sleeps 2) or two beds (sleeps 4). You can make multiple reservations for multiple rooms, or enquire with us directly to receive a special offer customized to your specific needs. We offer Standard (motel-style exterior-facing rooms with either one single King or two full-sized beds) and Deluxe (courtyard & poolside oasis, interior-facing rooms with either one King bed or two Queen beds). We also have ADA accessible rooms available upon request. Rooms are assigned based on availability on the day of arrival. We will do our best to accommodate you as preferred, but please note that our listings on Airbnb are priced for the Standard room types, and upgrading to a Deluxe room will require a surcharge based on the price of the room at your time of check-in. In lieu of a flat/mandatory cleaning fee, our hotel requires a credit card on-file for the duration of your reservation with a $200 incidental hold (a pending charge) that is released and refunded in-full after check out when housekeeping inspects the room and verifies that there is no damage or deep cleaning required. Our hotel has a mandatory housekeeping service policy after three days of occupancy. If you are planning to stay with the hotel as a long term guest, we will schedule weekly cleanings for your room. If you are an extended-stay guest, please schedule which Day of the Week you would like our Housekeeping team to service your room with the Guest Services Team at the time of Check In. Our hotel proudly partners with Hotel for Trees, and you can turn down Housekeeping service via our Guest Portal to help us reforest California’s Redwoods.
