Condo has ocean view from the front balcony and jungle view from the back. It is located in the perfect location with 5-minute walk to the beach and 7-minute walk to town center. Upper condo receives refreshing sea breeze. Since this is the end unit overlooking garden area and ocean-it is the most private condo in the 16-unit complex. Purified drinking water is supplied in condo, saving you money and hassle. The kitchen has all needed supplies. Four adults max or two adults and three children. The space This condo home has the best green space and view of the ocean in the entire 16-unit complex. You will be very comfortable and secure in your vacation getaway. The condo complex has 24-hour security, which is rare in Samara. Samara is a safe town, but security just adds peace of mind. Guest access The refreshing pool, shaded ranchero and washer/dryers are shared by the 16 condos in this complex. Daytime staff and nighttime security keep this complex clean, well functioning and safe. Other things to note As noted, there is one queen bed downstairs and three full-sized beds in the loft. Four adults is the maximum limit with the remaining 2 beds better left to the children due to the ceiling curvature of the loft. Condo is approximately 700 square feet in size plus a front nice-sized private balcony for ocean view and a shared back porch for green-space view. Initial amenities such as hand and shower soap, toilet paper are provided, but long-term renters can easily purchase ongoing supplies at local stores as this is a private condo and not a hotel with daily staff to monitor varying needs.
