It has a TV with Amazon fire stick, minibar, microwave, closet, desk and iron. The balcony is large and has a table and chair set to allow you an afternoon coffee with a wonderful view or a meal or happy hour :). Guest access The condominium is closed. It has a gym, restaurant and a large indoor garden. The private area of the apartment and the enclosed parking are exclusive. It has ample parking. In addition, this restaurant sells several products for the home. The restaurant is on the ground floor and runs from 7am to 11:30 pm. It has parking inside the condominium both on the ground floor and underground Distance to beaches by car: 12 minutes to Post 9 of Recreio dos Bandeirantes and 20 minutes to Barra da Tijuca Beach. The condominium has security cameras in the common areas of the building, ensuring greater security. Our suite receives a fax to each guest and our linen is entirely exchanged for clean parts.
