The space Welcome to our newly renovated two-story house! The interior was refreshed in December 2023, incorporating a modern atmosphere into the old building. There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, and it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. An extra futon can be set up in the living room on the first floor, which can accommodate up to 6 people. We provide floor mattresses in accordance with earthquake prevention measures and Japanese housing customs. Because this house is a renovated old Japanese house, the ceiling height is lower than that of modern houses, and the soundproofing of the walls is not sufficient. However, there has never been a problem with sound leaking into the neighborhood. If you are sensitive to sound, we recommend that you bring earplugs with you just in case. Also, there is no central air conditioning in the house, and each room has its own air conditioner and heater. This is a common specification in Japanese homes. The house has two floors, so there are stairs. In the kitchen, you can enjoy simple cooking during your stay. There is one toilet and one bath, which is enough for a family of four. If you are using it with a large group, there may be some waiting time. That said, our warm home promises a comfortable and convenient stay in Tokyo. We have prepared a comfortable stay for you!
