The space You will be in the studio side of this unit with a full kitchen (no oven) and a full bath room. There is a common entry for both the separate owner's unit and the separate studio unit. It is located on the 2nd floor with stair access The unit has a private 90 square foot deck area. Guest access You will have access to the Complexes' grounds and its large sundeck. The individual units decks are private. Please do not disturb their guests. You will not have access to the owner's unit, laundry room or the Club house/restaurant. The Clubhouse/restaurant is not a part of this complex.
