Bedroom 4 (Kids Room), please note this bedroom can only be accessed through bedroom 3 and is best suited for children. This room is fitted with 2x single beds, please let us know if you would like these beds pushed together to make a large King bed. The single bathroom has been lovingly renovated with new flooring and gold fixtures, large shower and the original claw-foot bath. There is a large vanity with natural timber bench tops and good sized mirror. The toilet is seperate from the main bathroom. The laundry has also been renovated with new washing machine, heat-pump dryer and natural timber bench tops. The kitchen is original to the house, it has been re-fitted with new appliances. There is an air fryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, soda stream and Nespresso pod coffee machine for your convenience. If you're not comfortable walking through the paddocks with cows present, there is vehicle access to the whole property.
