This 200+ sqm apartment has a sensible and practical layout, thoughtfully appointed with all the necessities of home. Downstairs is an expansive living space, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Entertain in style in the large living space with dining table for 8, BBQ on the oversized balcony with proper seating , or make yourself Nespresso coffee in the fully equipped kitchen. This three-bedroom property sleeps up to 7 guests, in couple or family groups, comfortably. The master bedroom features a king size bed, with the option for a fold out single, huge robe, wifi enabled TV, ensuite with an oversized shower, hairdryer, bathroom scales and vanity basins. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed, further wifi enabled TV, and large robe. The third bedroom contains two king single sized beds with wifi enabled TV and large robe. The master bathroom contains a luxury full size bath and shower, vanity basin & hairdryer. A full laundry room is a rare bonus. All beds are dressed with quality Sheridan linen and our towels are also from Sheridan. We have a selection of complimentary toiletries in the bathrooms. We are family friendly. We can supply a baby gate for the stairs, highchair, step stool and travel cot on request. We have children's cups, cutlery and crockery. The single fold out is made in Italy with latex mattress, comfortable for older children. The location and size of the apartment makes it the ideal location to get ready for your wedding day. Room to accommodate all of the groomsmen/bridesmaids (and their dresses!), as well as room for all to get their hair and make up done. A luxurious space to return to and spend your first night as a couple. There are snacks, Nespresso coffee and tea supplied, as well as real milk in the full size fridge. Other things to note There is currently construction occurring in a neighbouring property, with intermittent periods of loud noise on weekdays. This is a residential property with a live in building manager and security, who strictly enforce Body Corporation Rules. It is not a hotel. Is suitable only for family groups, couples or small friend groups . Noise complaints will be made by other residents resulting in additional call out charges for security and/or police attendance. If you are a large group intending to make noise after 10.00pm (whether it is inside the apartment, or on your way in and out from the apartment), you really will not enjoy staying here. You MUST be aged over 28 years to book this property. You may be liable for cancellation fees if you book (including if your booking does not require our pre-approval) and do not meet this age requirement. Bookings made via AirBNB are subject to our standard booking terms and conditions which can be provided on request. Payment of your deposit is acceptance of our terms and conditions. Before the stay can be confirmed and access to the apartment provided we require a copy of your Australian Drivers License or International Passport, confirmed names for all guests staying at the property along with a signed Booking Agreement. This is not negotiable. Non-compliance will result in cancellation of your booking and the appropriate cancellation fees being rendered. EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED Breakages and extra cleaning (such as steam cleaning of carpets and furniture) will be charged at cost.
