The newly constructed home with high end fixtures and fittings faces east, offering expansive views to the ocean from the large open plan living areas and master bedroom. There is a cinema room with surround sound system, gym, steam room, sauna and hot tub. It is a smart home with Sonos sound system and Crestron automation throughout. The property has lift access to all levels with a private entrance and parking for up to four cars. The house has six ensuited room and can host up to fourteen people. The master bedroom is a king sized bed, four rooms with the option of a king-sized bed or two separated beds and one room that includes two king single bunk beds that can sleep four.
