Charming 2-person Studio just 2 blocks from Downtown Nevada City

This garden studio has been updated with new flooring, Beautyrest mattress on a full-sized bed for up to two guests, a refurbished claw-foot tub with shower overhead, flatscreen television with DirectTV, wifi, and a serene sitting area outside its front door. Also we have a large parking area onsite, very important as it’s nearly impossible to park in-town during all of Nevada City’s wildly popular events. The property is surrounded by towering sequoia red wood trees and mature landscaping. There is a fridge, but no kitchen. The pool makes for a serene and peaceful setting, however it is currently closed to travelers. Please note this unit also does not have access to the hot tub.
