Expect a convenient, accessible setting rather than a secluded cabin in the woods. The third bedroom is accessed through the queen bedroom, making it ideal for families or close groups but less suited to guests needing maximum privacy. Do not expect seclusion in the woods! SMOKING AND FIRES Smoking is not allowed on the property due to high fire danger. Sorry! Also, outdoor wood fire pits and charcoal grills are illegal in Estes. Gas is OK. BEARS Do NOT leave food in your car! Bears frequent this area and can break in! MINUT We use a Minut noise meter. It doesn't record audio, but instead monitors decibel levels, temperature and humidity. This is for the safety of guests & to protect the home. It also serves to warn us about parties & prevent noise complaints from neighbors.
