Description

A wall of glass frames Twin Owls and Lumpy Ridge while a moss-rock fireplace warms cool evenings at this perfect mountain home (Permit 6009). Minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park's Lumpy Ridge Trailhead, and steps from Black Canyon Inn's wedding venue. “No restaurant could compare with the view.” — Pam - Big picture window - Deck with mountain views - Gas fireplace - Well-stocked kitchen A spacious 3BR retreat with views The space *** IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES! *** Check-in is 4pm or later, and check-out is 10am or earlier. Early check-in may be available for a small fee but cannot be confirmed until 24 hours before arrival and only if the cleaning schedule allows. Like nearly all homes in Estes, this mountain home has no air conditioning. Portable fans and cool evening mountain air keep the space comfortable. This condo is located in the Black Canyon Inn area. Expect a convenient, accessible setting rather than a secluded cabin in the woods. The third bedroom is accessed through the queen bedroom, making it ideal for families or close groups but less suited to guests needing maximum privacy. You may occasionally hear normal sounds from the unit above, as this is a multi-unit building. *** THANKS FOR READING! *** Welcome to a warm and inviting mountain home with one of the most iconic views in Estes Park. A massive picture window frames the rocky towers of Twin Owls and the Lumpy Ridge backdrop, creating a postcard-perfect panorama visible from sunrise to dusk. The moss-rock gas fireplace runs the length of the living room wall, making evenings cozy after long days exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. The home is all on one level, making it an easy and comfortable choice for families and multi-generational groups. The deck offers sweeping views of the ridge and surrounding pines—an ideal place for morning coffee or winding down after a day on the trails. This location is exceptional: steps from The Boulders wedding venue, minutes to the Stanley Hotel, close to groceries and dining, and a short drive to the Fall River Entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. Inside, you’ll find thoughtful touches, comfortable furnishings, and a well-equipped kitchen ready for home-cooked meals with a mountain backdrop. Do not expect seclusion in the woods! SMOKING AND FIRES Smoking is not allowed on the property due to high fire danger. Sorry! Also, outdoor wood fire pits and charcoal grills are illegal in Estes. Gas is OK. BEARS Do NOT leave food in your car! Bears frequent this area and can break in! MINUT We use a Minut noise meter. It doesn't record audio, but instead monitors decibel levels, temperature and humidity. This is for the safety of guests & to protect the home. It also serves to warn us about parties & prevent noise complaints from neighbors.
