The property is approximately 15 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX). Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride. - Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing. Guests must climb stairs. We provide some complimentary essentials upon arrival, like toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, and towels. Please note that these are not replenished. A crib/Pack ´n Play is available upon request and must be reserved before check-in. There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like to arrange cleaning during your stay, one can be arranged at an additional charge. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
