Panata’s Paradise with Pool!

Space for everyone in this 3 bedroom, 4 bath home. Each bedroom has its own bathroom en-suite. Stay fresh with the pool and air conditioning, or kick back in the outdoor seating area around the pool. Kids can enjoy one movie in the play area upstairs while adults watch their own movie downstairs. Cook your own meals in the fully stocked kitchen and make use of the washer/dryer. This property is about a 25 minute walk from downtown or a quick $1.50 taxi ride. The space When you walk through the front doors, you are in the pool courtyard area which enjoys a large table with seating for 6 as well as an outdoor love seat. There is an outdoor shower in this area (for rinsing sand after beach outings or rinsing off before or after the pool), and a half bath. Indoors on this main floor is the kitchen and living room with two large sliding glass doors to help keep a close eye on the pool and allow plenty of natural light into the space. A curved stairway leads up to the second floor where you will have two bedrooms, each with a King bed, bathroom en-suite, and clothing storage. Another curved stairway takes you up to the third floor, which has an open space for a play room or exercise area. There is another bedroom with bathroom en-suite, queen bed with twin trundle, and French doors that open to the playroom. On this floor is also the laundry room/corner. In the open space the walls are partially open on top to allow for a pleasant breeze and view of the national park cliff and fauna towards the north. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house. Other things to note Guests are responsible for their own television subscription service as none is provided. For child safety, I want to note: the pool does not have a separate gate around it. We have managed our toddlers with strict adult supervision at all times. We also have stair wells that curve so some steps are narrower, so extra precaution with stairs. We do not have kiddy gates currently for stairs. Our toddlers do fine, but I advise caution. There are geckos and bugs that can arrive to the outdoor areas, and the geckos often leave droppings. We clean these between guests, but be aware that during your stay you may see these. Please close bedroom doors at night to prevent them from coming into any rooms, and ideally turn off lights at night if convenient (geckos are nocturnal and often gather near light sources because they hunt the insects that come to the light sources). We have different herons that visit the pool at night. There may be droppings from the herons or other wildlife, which we clean between guests but can accumulate during a stay or even right after our cleaning. These are natural events in outdoor spaces!
