From the lush junglescape gardens to the open-air lounge area with a breathtaking view to the unique domes with outdoor showers, you're guaranteed to feel at peace during your stay. Oh, and don't forget to look up at night! Lucky guests may be greeted with dancing fireflies in our native trees. The space Seeking accommodation near Siquijor's renowned San Juan area while still ensuring a peaceful nights rest in a quiet & secluded location? This is the perfect spot for you. Our domes are located in the hillside of San Juan, just a 3-5 minute drive (2KMS) from the center. We recommend renting a motorbike (we have rentals onsite) to get around the island. The eco-domes are constructed using sustainable aircrete blocks, with a keen eye for aesthetics to ensure our guests feel right at home. Each dome has air conditioning, an open-air outdoor hot water shower and a private relaxation area with a comfortable hammock and seating area. We also have a communal "chill-area" that is accessible to all guests. Here, you can prepare a meal in our kitchen, savor a sunset beverage at our jungle bar, or unwind in a hammock while soaking in the stunning views of Negros Oriental, the Sulu Sea, and Siquijor's jungle. Guest access Guests may also access our two-story communal space, which includes a shared kitchen, bar, movie projector, workspace, sunset viewing deck, firepit, and jungle garden. Other things to note ✨✨ We are proud to say that we are now solar powered! We're no longer affected by the power issues of Siquijor. However, the only amenity that is not included in our solar system is our hot water heaters. What that means -- we will always be able to provide air conditioning, WiFi, lights, and charging ports. We will be able to provide hot water showers when there are no power interruptions (there usually aren't many). ✨✨ Due to our location in the jungle, it is inevitable that insects or geckos may occasionally find their way into the dome and the property. Our dedicated housekeeping team diligently maintains the cleanliness of your room and strives to promptly address any insect-related issues. If you need bug spray, send us a message and we can provide it for you. ✨✨ Please note: Our property is located on top of a hill, and the road to get to reception can be steep for those with mobility issues or less active people. It is not easy to walk up with a rolling suitcase, so we recommend you bring a backpack. However, if you let us know before you arrive we’re happy to help bring your bags up top! Just let us know 5 minutes before arrival. Additionally, if you choose to book our port pick up service, our driver can bring you up to the top of the hill. Standard tricycles cannot come to the top. ✨✨ Each dome has a skylight in the ceiling. This is great for stargazing and watching the fireflies at night and we personally love it! But if you’re more of a night owl and enjoy sleeping in, light will enter as soon as the sun rises. We don’t have an option to cover the skylight. If you think this will bother you, bring a sleeping mask or reconsider staying somewhere more suitable for your needs!
