Welcome to our Shangri La of the Sierras! This small sunny studio with a private entrance is attached to our detached garage on 1 acre. We live in the main house. Serene and peaceful with a country vibe. This clean and inviting space has everything you need for a comfortable and restful stay: bathroom with shower, laundry, coffee, TV, Wi-Fi and more. Ideal location...5 minutes from HWY 50. Guest house has outdoor fenced area to picnic or lounge in the hammock. Please no parties or smoking. The space This studio is very private and serene. We live in the main house but you have your own driveway, parking, entrance and separate fenced in yard. Guest access Access is limited to guest driveway, guest home, and fenced guest yard.
