Whether you’re coming with a small or large group, this 6000 sq ft 3 story house is perfect for your stay! Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own private full bathroom. A chefs kitchen and large open spaces throughout the house. The third floor is an open space suitable for family game nights or business meetings, it has a large fireplace and smart TV. The house is 3 min drive to the Providence stadium, Amazonia Mall, Ramada Hotel and Princess Casino! There are lots of restaurants and shops close by The space All rooms are self contained and has air conditioning. The master bath has a double hot tub Guest access The entire house is available to guests with the exception of: 1. The garage 2. Storage room on the ground floor Parking is available for approximately 8 cars Other things to note Getting into the city is faster using the new 4 lane (Heroes highway) located 1 min drive from the house. The highway is visible from the second and third floor veranda Back up generator on site Night lights are plugged in for illumination around the house. Please plug these out if you do not like night lights. Ring camera device is located at the front of the property (if there is an issue with check in, press the ring bell button and someone may be able to assist immediately) and there are other cameras around the outside of the building that is recorded but not monitored. For your own security, you can view the cameras from the Master bedroom TV.
