Our largest & most luxurious house - oceanfront, overlooking pool, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms & private laundry room. En suite bathrooms have tub/shower & extra large vanity. Swim & kayak in the ocean, kayak or canoe the canal & river, even have a massage on the pier! Kayaks, bicycles, boogie boards, floaties…all free to use. Kayak in the ocean or head down the canal & beautiful Sittee River. Ride bicycles into the village. Float the day away. Get a massage at the end of the dock. So many choices!! Ask about our special weekly & monthly rates! We realize that small things can ruin your vacation or make it special - that is why we pay attention to details. AND we provide some extras that you aren't likely to get anywhere else. Here are just a few examples: - Starbucks coffee grounds - in addition to a standard coffee maker there is a French press AND a Caribbean style expresso maker (espresso grounds are also provided) - 10 piece copper bartender kit & ice bucket - spice rack - olive oil sprayer - swim up pool bar with mini-fridge & ice maker KITCHEN INCLUDES: - grade 5 granite countertops - custom mahogany cabinets - all stainless steel appliances - cookware, bakeware, dishes (both glass + plastic for use outside) & flatware - spice rack, olive oil sprayer & coffee - 3 ways to make coffee…a standard coffee maker, a French press & a Caribbean style espresso maker (regular & espresso grounds provided) BEDROOMS: There are two bedrooms each with a queen size bed. Beds & wardrobes are custom made from native mahogany. On each side of beds bedside touch lamps provide adjustable lighting & there are 2 USB ports in the base of each. Of course all linens are provided – 1,800 thread count. En suite bathrooms have a tub/shower & large vanity! An extra bed can be set up in one of the bedrooms or in a nook near the half bath to accommodate an additional guest. NOTE: If you have a large group we have 4 houses at Hopkins Beach Retreat & can accommodate up to 20 guests. Ask about this! BATHROOMS FEATURE: - grade 5 granite countertops - custom mahogany cabinets - oversize Turkish bath towels - bottles of shampoo, conditioner & body wash in the shower (at most hotels you can’t tell which bottle is which without wearing your glasses, but our beautiful bottles feature a large font so you can easily see what’s in each) - full sized bar of soap in case you prefer over body wash - makeup remover cloths (PLEASE use makeup remover cloths & NOT washcloths or towels) THE POOL FEATURES: - swim-up pool bar…you can sit in the pool while your designated bartender mixes drinks for you! - mini fridge - commercial ice maker - unbreakable “glassware” - even straws for your beverages are included Where else can you get that?! LAUNDRY: No need to go to a laundromat - you have your own private washing machine & dryer (not coin operated). Laundry detergent pods provided. Even the laundry room has custom mahogany cabinets & granite countertops. LIVING AREA OFFERS: - 65 inch TV - books - playing cards & cribbage board - Dominos & Yahtzee OUTDOORS YOU WILL FIND: - 4 two-person kayaks - 4 boogie boards - 6 bicycles - floaties - inflatable raft you can use in the ocean - outdoor shower off of pool deck & bathroom around the corner (so no need to head back inside to use the bathroom while enjoying the pool & beach!) All of these are available for our guests to use at no charge! NOTE: Our 4 homes share the pool so it is possible for others to be at the pool at the same time as you. However, it is a large pool area & most people are so busy snorkeling, visiting Mayan sites & other activities that the pool is seldom crowded. ULTRA SAFE DRINKING WATER: The city water in Hopkins is safe, but we have a triple filter & UV light system that takes out all impurities that might be missed. It also removes lead, chlorine & any odors - better than the bottled water that you buy. Guest access The entire property is yours to use - the beach, the pool, the dock, everything!
