This is a Bed &Breakfast - Single Bedroom (having 1 bed). A bathroom SHARED between 3 guest rooms only, a leisure area with balcony having; IPTV, a kettle, and a fridge to place your drinks and tea and coffee making facility. Rooms are equipped with a STAND-FAN, bed sheets and bathroom towels are provided. The space The space provided is a whole floor dedicated to our guests. we also cater for guests who intend to be studying, so the area is quiet. Since we live in the same house, one may always join in the rest of the family. During your stay This is family run & we live in same building, thus we are available for any help / advise that our guests would need, If the guests are willing, we would be more then happy to spend some time chatting away exchanging ideas & experiences. Other things to note Price includes buffet breakfast, comprising of; 2 types of cereal, two types of bread (fresh and toasted), 2 types of jam, butter, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, croissants or muffins, tea & green tea and coffee, milk. Wireless internet is available in the bedrooms and in common areas and is free. Fresh towels & bed sheets provided & changed periodically ( frequency depends on length of stay) during your stay. Rooms are equipped with standard stand fans, heating during the winter months is provided by a central fireplace, but please note that in Malta cold weather is very minimal. The TV / Lounge area comprises IPTV and a Table soccer game. There is Tea & Coffee making capability and is available all day for the guests, there is also a common fridge to be used solely by the guests. Guests will be given the room & house key to come in & out as they please.
