Caasa Tranquilla Pawna is the perfect property offering a peaceful stay experience. The property consists of 2 Twin Villas in the same premises and is easily approachable from Pune as well as Mumbai. Perfect for weekend getaway with your friends or family away from the city hustle. Enjoy your dining, swimming, relaxation, conversations and your time with your loved ones at this private villa not only on the weekends but throughout the week. The space The Property comprises of 2 twin 2bhk Villas each having 2bedrooms with attached toilets, 1 kitchen, 1 Living room attached with a dining area. The complete Villa is situated on the ground floor itself and easily accessible from the parking which can accommodate about 5-6 cars. There is a multi purpose court which is shared by both Villas and is located just in front of the Villas which is perfect for kids as well as adults. The property has a 6000 sqft lawn area situated at one side on the property and the swimming pool is just besides this lawn both of them are shared between both the Villas. Guest access The Guest can access the complete Villa from the inside except the store room located in the kitchen. The lawn area, the Swimming Pool, the multipurpose court can be accessed by the guests. The Guests are not allowed to enter the service Kitchen and the labour quarters. Other things to note -Veg/Nonveg food can be served on preorder basis at an additional cost. Please contact us for the same. -Barbeque arrangements can also be arranged at an extra charge and needs to informed prior. -Drinking water Jars will be provided on the property which are complimentary, also packaged drinking water and soft drinks are available at an additional cost. -Guests need to fill in the online checkin form which they will receive once the booking is confirmed. Guest will have to fill their basic details along with a Government photo of every guest. We request you to fill in these details once the booking is confirmed so as to avoid delay in checkin. Also the Guests will have to pay Rs3000 in cash as a refundable deposit at the time which the guests will get back on Check-out. -It is a villa located at such a location that small insects, Mosquitos, lizards are expected to be there, hence guests are requested to stay safe from such insects, lizards or any such creatures. -Any damage caused by the guests to any part of the property (dishes, glasses, furniture, artifacts, etc), guests will have to pay EXTRA for such damage depending on the extent of the damage. -The Jacuzzi is private but unfortunately the water heating function doesn't work. -We do charge extra for the decoration setups and floating breakfast which are shown in the photos. Please check the price with us. -Being located in the outskirts availability of raw materials is less hence guests are required to place all their meals orders on the prior day to avoid disappointment. -The bedrooms have AC's but the Living room doesn't have one. - In the case of a power outage or fluctuations, generators can be switched on. However power outages or fluctuations due to weather, regional restrictions etc. are beyond our control in such cases up to 2hrs of outage can be managed by us but above that the diesel charges will need to be paid by the guests at actuals.
