Room Details: Master bedroom - En-suite (private) bathroom, walk-in shower with two separate faucets, dual sinks and a walk-in closet. Room features a king-size bed with a 65inch UHD (4K) Smart TV. (new mattress 2024) Bedroom 2 - Features a new (2024) queen bed with a 43" 4K Smart TV, ceiling fan and private closet. Has its own private, en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub. (This room is currently photographed with twin beds) Bedroom 3 - Features a queen-sized bed, 32" Smart TV and private closet. Right outside is the Den, with its own couch, 50 inch HD Smart TV, Xbox One S game system! Bedroom 4 - This one is special for the kids! Featuring an awe-inspiring floor-to-ceiling underwater themed mural! Equipped with a set of bunk beds (with full-sized mattresses), and 43" Smart TV! Comes with some board games and books to help keep the kids entertained. It also has a small walk-in closet. The Games Room comes equipped with a pool table and air-hockey table! The Living Room features an open air design, connecting to the dining rooms and the kitchen. It has a 65inch UHD (4K) Smart TV with digital cable box! It has enough room to fit the whole family. The large kitchen features all stainless steel appliances and has everything you should need during your stay! A microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and dishwasher are provided, as well as, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, and glasses! There are plenty of counter-tops for cooking, as well as the island counter in the middle! 400-mbps WiFi is provided! Telephone is free to use (local calls only). The pool is located right on the patio. Features multiple seating areas, sun loungers and a gas grill! Heating is available for an additional fee, please see note at the end of the description. **Please use caution near the covered equipment and do not allow children to play near it. Thank you! Pool doors are equipped with chimed alarms to ensure young children are safe. Pool also equipped a safety fence. Please DO NOT fully remove the safety fence provided on the pool deck. This is in place for your protection. To access the pool, simply remove a section of the fence to allow passage. Always replace and secure the fence when the pool or deck is not in use. Fence must be fully replaced upon check-out. Solterra Resort is a secure gated community only moments from the magic but far enough to experience peace from the busy tourist district. Solterra Resort is 15 minutes to Disney with access to the Interstate only 3-5 minutes from the entrance. Solterra's location also gives easy access to Universal Studios, SeaWorld and even the Legoland theme park! A Gas BBQ Grill provided free of charge. Guests must clean and empty the drip pan after each use. Guest must replace the gas propane tank if needed. No commercial or recreational vehicles, including (but not limited to) tractor trailers, cabs, boats, personal watercraft, recreational vehicles, trailers of any kind, including (but not limited to) hitch trailers, 5th wheel trailers, and gooseneck trailers; or any vehicle that is hauled on a trailer can be parked on property overnight. Limit of 4 vehicles per reservation. Pool heating is $35 per day, and must be requested and paid in advance. Heating is required to be on for the entire stay. (Minimum 3-nights required if your stay is shorter) Pool heaters are typically set between 88F and 90F, while spas (if available) are set to 104F. Pool heating required for spas to heat up as hot tubs. *Pool disclaimer: No specific regular pool temperature can be guaranteed by this service. During and after cold fronts, or in winter generally when days are short, pool heaters may struggle, or even be unable to keep the water at the same temperature until the weather gets warmer. The optional pool heater service must be ordered and paid before our service personnel can turn it on. We suggest ordering pool heat prior (72 to 48 hours) to your arrival. Without optional pool heat, pool temperatures can go down to 52 to 60°F in December to March, depending on the weather. The pool heater will help to warm up the pool faster when it gets warmer outside, however, you should not expect “bathtub temperatures” during, or after Central Florida winter cold fronts or cold nights. *Unfortunately, we are unable to activate / deactivate the pool heater on short notice or provide refunds for previously ordered pool heater service, but we will try our best to accommodate you. We reserve the right to make pool heat unavailable at any time for maintenance or repairs. In case of a technical malfunction, we will refund the pool heat charge for the time the heating service was not available to you.
