The MAIN FLOOR offers: -a LIVING ROOM with smart 75" TV w/Youtube TV, ESPN, Hulu, Netflix, and Disney Plus+, fireplace comfy couches, and plenty of seating. -A spacious DINING ROOM with crystal chandelier, seating for 8. -An updated KITCHEN with gas cooktop, floor to ceiling cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, drawer microwave, drip coffee pot, and coffee essentials, as well as all cooking essentials, toaster, and double ovens, island bar seating for 3! -Open concept 2nd living room to kitchen with smart 65" TV with YouTubeTV. -Half bath on main floor UPSTAIRS you will find 2 more levels offering 3beds/2baths on 2nd level and a long covered front porch with swing and patio seating overlooking the city treeline view. Bedroom 3 "The Sullivans" : King Bed | 50" TV | Shared "Turquoise" 2nd Full Bathroom (Tub/Shower combo) accessible in hallway. UPSTAIRS on 3rd level you will find 2 additional bedrooms and 1 shared hall bathroom located between both bedrooms. Bedroom 4 "The Myrtle": Queen Bed | Shared 3rd full Bathroom (tub/shower) combo accessible from hallway Bedroom 5 "The Folly" : Queen Bed & Full Bed | Shared 3rd full Bathroom tub/shower combo accessible from hallway Please note that the 12th guest is counted in sleeping 2 in the full bed, using an air mattress, or couch, or an infant in a pacnplay. 11 adults could comfortably sleep in the home and the 12th is there for kids. PET FRIENDLY: $75 Pet fee (paid pre-trip, max 3 approved pets less than 100lbs) SUITABILITY: Steps required to access front and back entry, single story PARKING: There are 2 FREE parking spaces. 1 parking space is located directly in front of the home in the brick driveway. The other is located behind the home in the driveway/carport. We are working on getting some additional guest city street parking passes for the street permit parking, but it is NOT free street parking for additional cars. Please be mindful of this. You may be able to find some free public parking a little further away from the house on weekends in 5pts or on the other side of the college street stairs to 5pts. Reach out for more details. This property is professionally managed and the host is always available and lives nearby to the home. We are walking distance to some Restaurants/Bars in 5 Points. Just 2-5 minutes! The stairs to access 5 points is located across the street from our home. It is also walking distance to USC campus. 3 minutes to Capstone on Barnwell Street which leads over to the Horseshoe and Russell House. This is to curb parties and ensure only those on the reservation are coming and going. Please do not sit/lean against the railings of the home on the 2nd story porch. Property owner and Host/Manager are not responsible for theft or any kind of injury during your stay. Also, there is a train that goes through downtown in the early morning.
