Estate with pool on 11 beautiful acres

Our large house offers the perfect retreat for families & groups seeking a memorable getaway. Nestled on 11 beautiful acres in a peaceful and charming neighborhood, you'll love the resort-like amenities, such as the pool with water slide and the large patio with ample seating & a built-in firepit. Very private, yet close to great shopping, restaurants, farms, and more, plus it's only 1 hour from NYC. The space A long, private driveway ascends a serene hillside to this grand Mid-Hudson, NY estate surrounded by nature, providing the privacy and serenity required for a wonderful getaway. This modern home is an impressive 5,500 sq ft, which includes 9 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a big dining room with seating for 20. Three of the bed/baths are en suite. Please note that we are limited to 24 overnight guests. There are several alfresco dining areas, as well as a large gas BBQ grill. Gather your group at the huge, teakwood, patio dining table. Serve up a fresh farm-to-table lunch of produce from the local Blooming Hill farmers market. The pool is a wonderful place to enjoy the summer heat, with a super fun slide to keep the kids entertained. Please note that the pool is open from approximately June 15 to Sept 1. The front veranda, with its panoramic views of the rolling landscape, is a great place to enjoy a glass of wine from local Brotherhood Vineyard, America’s oldest winery, which is just up the road. After a day of Hudson Valley sightseeing, gather your group for s’mores and cocktails around the firepit. You'll have access to ample driveway parking space. The fully stocked chef’s kitchen features finely-crafted, honey-hued, hardwood cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a french door fridge/freezer combo with ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave and gas-range. A large dining table just off the kitchen that seats 20 guests is the ideal spot for group meals. We also have a separate kosher kitchen, but you must request access to it prior to booking and be approved in order to use it. Guest access The 11-acre property will be all yours, except you won't have access to the garage and a few other storage areas. Other things to note - This house is set up for extended family groups and it is not suitable for rowdy parties, weddings, or other events. Outside guests are not allowed without prior approval, and we have a strict limit of 24 guests at all times. Unauthorized use of the home may result in immediate removal without a refund and guests will be held liable for any damage. - The pool is available from approximately June 15 - to September 1 and it is not heated, but it does stay quite warm. - Please bring firewood if you plan to use the fire pit, or purchase it at Stop & Shop or Lowe’s. - Early check-in and late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day. We can confirm the availability of early check-in and/or late checkout one day in advance. We charge a fee of $25 for this service, since we will need to coordinate with our on-site manager, and sometimes we will need to pay a cleaning rescheduling fee. - If you absolutely NEED early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day to account for that.
