Enjoy the restaurants and night life that the Maho Village has to offer. You will feel at home in this comfortable condo. Watch it evolve as it matures through its renovation. It is clean, bright and complete with a fully furnished kitchen and private balcony, overlooking the lush gardens leading to the swimming pool, children's pool, hot tub, airport observation area and famous Maho Bay Beach. Just this month (April 2021) we have upgraded both bedrooms with new King Size beds, night stands (with USB charge ports) and large dressers. Protected from the hustle and bustle of Maho Village, La Terrasse offers you the best of all worlds. The village enjoys numerous restaurants, boutiques, and the island's largest casino offering baccarat, blackjack and more in the Caribbean's only duty free port. Dance to international DJs in the night clubs and enjoy relaxing Spa treatments. The village has a market, pharmacy, and clinic all within walking distance of La Terrasse. Here at La Terrasse, garage parking is available for $5.00 per day, on site laundry and a gym. Two internet connections are included and additional internet connections are available for an additional fee.
