Villa Oranž is located next to one of the longest city streets that leads you to the old town. Peace, nature and harmony takes you back to the old days of large estates, when the land occupied most of the buildings themselves. With the hidden gardens of country houses you escape from the urban noise, and yet you are so close that you can enjoy the beauty of the city lights, the beautiful sea view and the beautiful sunsets over the Elaphite Islands. The space The main entrance to Villa Oranž is on Gornji Kono Street. The auxiliary entrance is on Viška Street, which leads to Andrije Hebranga Street, or towards the city center. There is parking for four cars next to the entrance. The accommodation also has video surveillance that looks at the external parts of the building, a total of 4 cameras. The building is located in a peaceful and safe environment like the entire city of Dubrovnik. The accommodation consists of the main building with 3 bedrooms, a large living room with a dining room and a kitchen with all the necessary equipment, including a coffee machine and a large fridge with an ice maker. In the accommodation there is also a separate building in which there is an apartment with a bedroom and all the necessary appliances, a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine and a dryer, a small kitchen with all the necessary appliances. In a separate building there is also a recreation room with a sauna and a small gym. The villa is located in a cascade and offers a lot of outdoor space where there is a swimming pool (heated if necessary), terraces, Jacuzzi and a beautiful lawn. The property has 8 deck chairs as well as a sufficient number of parasols and small tables. All rooms are equipped with bathrooms, air conditioning, safes, satellite and cable TV. All bathrooms have underfloor heating, while two bathrooms have bathtubs. The property has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The main property also has 2 small toilets. Additional facilities include a billiard table that also serves as a table tennis table. The pool also has a massage bench with two massage seats. Optical internet is available in the Villa and the entire property. A game console is also available, as well as a large number of board games. We have all the equipment for babies, including a cot, high chair, playpen and baby bath tub. On the main terrace there is a large table with seating, as well as a barbecue with all the equipment. In the accommodation, we have 4 fire extinguishers and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in the kitchens and recreation room. There is also a wine fridge in the living room. The villa has a fence with a hidden view of the parking lot, so it offers complete privacy from view. There is a lot of greenery nearby, so you feel as if you are in nature.
