Once this information is reviewed by our team, one of our agents will contact the guest via Whats-App to continue the release process and assist with check-in preparations. Complete access instructions for the property, including the door code, will be provided at the time of check-in. Other things to note Important rules: - Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. - All tenants must provide a photo of an official document prior to check-in for pre-registration. - A temporary rental contract will be signed electronically before check-in; - Visits are not allowed. - Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please respect the neighbors. - Parties or events are not allowed inside the property. - Animals are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$35.00 per day and per PET.
