In order to rent this property: Person with the platform account is the “Booking Guest.” • Booking Guest must be 25 or older and submit government-issued ID to confirm age within 24 hours of making reservation (obscure your ID#) • Booking Guest must sign and return the Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement within 24 hours of making reservation • Booking Guest must stay at the property for the entire reservation dates (booking for others is not allowed) • Credit card must be in Booking Guest's name In other words, ALL these must be in the SAME NAME.
