Other things to note Plenty of free parking behind building on Forest Street. No smoking. No pets. Washer and Dryer is a combo machine. Dryer is European style so it takes hours to dry. We recommend you put the clothes in the dryer overnight and they will be dry in the morning or use the clothing rack located in the unit. Heating system is located directly on the heaters NOT on the wall. So you control the heat directly on the heaters located underneath the windowsills.
