Cold Pass Cottage - 3BR, Hot Tub, Beach Views

With idyllic views of San Luis Pass to the front and Cold Pass to the rear, Cold Pass Cottage features a full wrap-around deck to enjoy 360-degree panoramic views of the Gulf. Downstairs, your dog can safely play in the fully fenced in yard, which also includes an outdoor shower with dog bathing station. The space Cold Pass Cottage has been meticulously curated to provide a luxurious but cozy beach experience for our guests. The kitchen and dining area boast a large island with quartz countertops and seating for four, large dining table with seating for 6, a coffee bar with wine fridge, and Professional Series appliances. The living room comfortably seats 8 guests and includes a 65 inch tv and Sonos sound system. The cottage offers two king rooms. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed and en suite bathroom featuring a large spa shower and freestanding tub. The back bedroom also has a king sized bed and private access to the second (shared) bathroom along with direct access to the back porch and seating area (perfect for viewing the beautiful gulf coast sunsets). The third "bunk" room includes a queen sized bed and twin bunk beds and a window with water views. Our family is tall, so ceiling height is always top of mind for us--while the cottage feels cozy, it is certainly not cramped as it has 10 foot tall ceilings and 8 foot doors. Outside, you can enjoy beach views, lounge, and dine on the downstairs covered patio or the upstairs wrap-around deck. For grilling the catch of the day, there is a gas grill upstairs and a charcoal grill on the downstairs patio. While the beach directly in front of the cottage is not swimmable due to potential rip tides, it offers beautiful views and beach combing. The main beach that is safe for swimming is just a short 4 minute walk down Jolly Roger Dr (a beach wagon is available to make toting your gear to the beach a breeze). Please note, for safety reasons, cargo lift pictured is not available for use. Booking party must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon. Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.
