The lower floor is self-contained, but accessible with its own kitchen, living room, king bed and full bath. All floors have beautiful views of the Chesapeake Bay. Guest access Guests have full access to the property, except the garage and utility closets marked private. The dock is shared with the owner. Other things to note Please let us know ahead of time if you plan on bringing a boat and what size, so we can make sure there is room on the dock.
